One Year of Us

One year of us, apart and together. Apart in distance, together by soul. 52 weeks of talking, whispering, of sharing tears and also discussions. 365 days of you recovering your self-esteem, of me being there serving you, renewing yourself.

One year of us, with selfishness and love. Selfishness because we have given each other dearly. Love because we have grown in love to fall in love with one another. 52 weeks of laughing, of screaming joy. Emotions deepen our relationship. Romance, kindness, heartwarming. Best friendship of never ending pleasure. 365 days of going from darkness and depression to light and peaceful smiling.

One year of us. A year of an awesome beginning to an incredible story. Story of love, of disagreement, of patience, of not talking at times, but still loving profoundly. 52 weeks of treasuring our thinking, the desire of our hearts, of contemplating our future with great expectations, of understanding each others minds and accepting/ embracing our defects, lifting up our virtues. 365 days of listening, of caring deeply, of thinking out loud, of blushing to the compliments, of seeing us as partners in crime, lovers, as future husband and wife.

One years of us. Of everything we haven't done since the day we met ten years ago. Of reaching new dreams and changing for the better and to be better. Of walking forward to our planned future, never saying never. 52 weeks of confessed fears and accepted weird fantasies, of embracing our all together, saying no to excuses. 365 days of zero demands, not forcing each other to things unwanted, always asking to know each other deeply, profoundly. Love is always present and it will forever be, no more tears of sorrow, only tears of joy.

One years of us. Of sharing our hobbies: drawing, food, music, poetry, literature, dancing, feels really good. The R&B mood of our smiles while we see each other closely, to the detail of our souls, we have fallen in love. 52 weeks of: good morning my dear, through the phone or the computer, and for a while in the same bed, never ever exchanging that for anything, it will always be mine, ours. 365 days of waiting and waiting for the future to be present, for an anniversary of our new and awesome life together. it has been worth. Of arrangements set and soon to be met, accomplishment is our motivation, to make our story expand and multiply, that is the purpose that drives us.

One year of us. Of sometimes depression, but always with happiness. Of exciting news and sometimes saddened faces. Of kids laughing, screaming, playing. Of us cheering and teaching them to learn and grow. 52 weeks of pencils broken, markers lost, pages ripped, and us getting closer. Of computer talk, business and money, strange conversation, but something we must know. 365 days of watching the clock, desperately waiting for the time to talk to each other; it has never stop been incredible and sweet. Of hearing everything, of feeling everything, and never ceased to enjoy.

One year of us. Of getting rid of old habits and getting new ones. Healthy eating, working out, being more active, for each others' health and pleasure. 52 weeks of understanding feelings and understanding relatives, of getting used to this new life because it is great. To have found love when it was unexpected and find that it is the love of your life that Sunday afternoon gave you, it is priceless, most powerful, and transforming adventure I have experienced, and the best part, it's just beginning. 365 days of everything, of all that we can offer and take from each other, of winning everything and losing nothing. Of obtaining new dreams and leaving loneliness behind, it is all in the past, our future is now. This is our first One Year of us.
