One of the Best Gaming Accessories
I have been gaming for as long as I can remember. In recent years, I have become more of a gamer especially because it allows for time to be spent with close friends while playing something we all like. It has become a stress reliever and as I tell my wife, my happy place. There are some cons associated with it such as faulty or cheap equipment. This is what led me to purchasing the Energizer rechargeable batteries that I adore.

Youth Development
Almost two decades ago I started working in the youth development field as a counselor during the summer. I worked with school aged youth in Caton Park. I never knew it would become a career I was passionate about. Growing up in a house full of kids and being the older one, I had to assume responsibility over my younger family members. Because of my upbringing, being in this field felt right. As I progressed I began to love it more and more. However, the more passionate I became the more obstacles I faced. It became painfully obvious, after a few years of working in this field, that it was business as usual. Numbers to show funders were more important than the efficiency of the work being done. The politics of business had invaded a field founded on empathy and advocacy.

Moral Honesty
Recently I listened to the Brilliant Idiots podcast and it made me think about moral honesty — the ability for us as people to speak our truth even when there could be repercussions. As simple as this seems, this can be very difficult for us all. I question why we feel the need to hide who we are and our systems of belief. Moral honesty is necessary for our progression as people even though it can be more comfortable to walk with the crowd.

To Marry or Not
At this point I wonder, is marriage the end goal or a bargaining chip in a relationship? I have always viewed it as the ultimate commitment and the best way of showing how dedicated you are to your partner. It looks like for some it is an option used for perks. Taking a closer look at the history of the traditions of marriage might provide more insight on how we approach unions of all types today.

I know you are probably thinking, well, medical marijuana is legal in some of these places. However, there are issues getting access to that even in states where it is legal.

Cavs Get Swept?
Before I can provide insight into my title, I need to provide context around this perspective. Cleveland has made several roster changes throughout this year. I also believe Kyrie leaving was unexpected. This hurts the team chemistry. People have to figure out where and how they fit with the team. I think most fans expected Cleveland to easily win the eastern conference; however, I did not. Chemistry is a huge reason why. I also believe that Kyrie leaving left a huge void that has yet to be filled. Kyrie is a shot creator and playmaker. He does not need help getting a quality shot up that is makable for him. No one on Cleveland outside of Lebron can do that consistently. That leads me to my next question: How will Lebron rest? While Kyrie was in the lineup, Lebron could rest as the offense ran through Kyrie. We have seen Kyrie score and facilitate off isolations as well as pick and rolls regularly. Lebron was also able to be subbed out because there was another scorer/playmaker.
