Why Christmas Isn't the Happiest Time of the Year
Everyone knows that the winter holidays are supposedly the happiest time of the year. Well, I say it is not for a lot of families around the world, even just in our hometowns. So let me explain this a bit as I am sure a lot of people would disagree with me.

Let's Stop the Hate
So, lately I've been noticing as I am sure you have, that the world seems to be falling apart at the seams. We have wars going on yea, but what I'm talking about is in North America's backyard. We have a general crisis, this being that people are so stuck in their own ways of thinking that every little thing SOMEONE ELSE does seems to somehow affect their lives.

Human Species, Did We Screw Up?
The human species: supposedly the most intelligent beings on our planet. Yet what type of intelligent creature destroys their only home? You see most intelligent creatures adapt to their environment, living in harmony with nature and the other animals in that area. We, human beings, do not do this. Instead, we adapt everything to us. We don't care how much we destroy as long as it suits our needs. This is not a sign of an intelligent creature. In fact, this is the sign of a primitive being: something that doesn't understand the delicate balance of the planet they live on.

Dangers of Lightspeed
As pretty much everyone knows, we have almost reached the point of no return on the consumption of our planet's resources. This can be proven with a simple google search. What you will find in that search is that every six months we use all the resources the world can naturally reproduce in a year, meaning every year's worth of resources takes two years for the planet to reproduce. So with this in mind, we as a species have turned towards the stars to look for a new home. The problem is other planets are light years away; for those that do not know, a light year is the distance which light can travel uninterrupted in a year. With light travelling at 186,000 miles per second, it's quite a distance. Now scientists say since we are a solid object moving through space, we will never achieve lightspeed, but could come within a few decimal points of it, which is awesome; but then we are left with a few other problems.

Perpetual Poverty
Perpetual poverty is a person or family not being able to leave a life of poverty no matter what they do. You may think this is not possible or maybe you are in the same situation. I have lived in this state most my adult life, I have had many jobs with different pay and lived in a few different locations to try and fix it though it never works. Don't get me wrong there are always going to be those few times a year where you feel you have escaped it just to be slammed back to the mud a month or two later.

Vape Pens
There are so many ways to get stoned in this day and age, from blunts and bongs to rigs and pens. With so many options, sometimes it's hard to choose. Myself, I am a joint/blunt guy; personally I think there is nothing better than sitting down and taking the time to snip up the weed and roll that perfect joint.

The Benefits of Hemp Top Story - March 2018
So lately, the world—yes, the world—is all about legalizing weed, which I am totally OK with. The thing is...everyone is so hung up on the medical side of this, which, in itself, is good. What about all the benefits of hemp, though? These benefits are things we should also be looking into for an example, and I will delve deeper into some others, but an example would be creating a combustible fuel using hemp. What? Don't you think that's possible? I think some research should be done on your half, because this is completely possible. Just look up Henry Ford's all hemp car that ran on hemp fuel and was completely made up of hemp made steel, which is stronger than our normal steel.

Diagnosed
So I am going to do a short writing on my process of getting diagnosed with Fabry disease. When I was around five years old (this is as far back as I can make a valid point to), I started getting these sensations in my hands and feet; a burning sensation, like I had stuck my hands and feet on the burner of the stove and cranked it to high. My parents thought I was just trying to get attention, though I never truly understood why they would think that. I was not by any means the best kid out there, but I certainly did not seek attention, because the best I got was negative. I tried my best to stay under the radar at home and at school, though neither ever worked. Anyway, they thought that in the middle of the night, when this burning sensation would happen, that I was trying to get attention. They thought this even though the pain would bring me to tears and I would be running to the freezer to find anything cold to calm the pain. It never worked except for the first five or so minutes. This happened every couple of months. I would be up for hours screaming in pain, begging to go to the hospital, but to no avail. Flash forward six years. I get sent to a children's hospital to live for three months due to my less than satisfactory behaviour.

Are Humans A Virus On The Planet?
Out of every living organism on Earth, humans identify the closest with a virus. We expand uncontrollably, we destroy our host (our host being Earth,) and we have no stable means of not eradicating ourselves without expanding to a new planet.
