On the Road Again
Excitement, nerves, wonder, panic, exhilaration. These are all the emotions I was feeling and continue to feel as I packed my whole life into my vehicle in the center of the Historic Lockport NY, and began my journey back across the States to Oklahoma. Being able to cut the amount of things you own down to fit it all in one vehicle knowing that is all you have is a humbling moment. I realized while preparing for my trip how dependent on materialistic items I became. 25 years of collecting and saving things just for the sake of trying to hold onto a memory, had taken over my life. We are taught from a young age that the more you have the more important or valued you’ll be. However during this purge I realized without all these knick knacks, I still have the same memories and the same value on myself. In fact it felt incredibly uplifting to be able to donate everything that has been sitting in boxes to someone that can actually use it and appreciate it. I packed my trunk, put my cat in, and we hit the road at 11:00 am EST.

Out With the Old in With the New!
To the romantics, who over think every detail trying to make that first date perfect, to the old school kids, still waiting for that knight in shining armor, to the chivalrous people, waiting for someone to take a chance on them, times have changed in the dating world. It is so easy to be set up for failure with the new world of online dating. It's so hard to find someone genuine whilst too easy to be someone that you're not. Online dating has made cat-fishing all too common. So to those who are still holding out for the old school kind of date this is our tribute. Our "So long," if you will.

OKC to WNY to OKC!
Approximately 26 years ago, in the center of Oklahoma City, OK. There was a bright eyed, bushy tailed, baby born into this world. She was outgoing and had a drive for knowledge as soon as she learned to make sounds and walk. That baby girl was yours truly! You're welcome.

Worst First Date!
#MyWorstDate! So back in the day I was young, naïve, and just plan stupid! Several years ago I went on a date with, let's call them Trouble. That's all they brought me, so it's only fitting. The first date we had I tried to go in with an open mind. We met online and this was the first online date I've ever been on so I was nervous but curious to see if it was worth the hype. Before our first date we had been messaging back and forth for about a month or so. We both enjoyed the outdoors and hiking and were family oriented, so I was interested to meet in person and see what would happen.
