Sales Management and Trends
Today the world is changing at such a rapid pace with continuous growth in the world of technology. There has been a huge disruption from where we were just 10 years ago. Most of my focus will be on digital marketing for the fact of Neil Rackham would be right by saying some of the sales force employees, managers, etc. would benefit more from outsourcing functions in the company. As we read in Cracking the Sales Code we find that the importance of time management and focus on metrics that can be controlled is of the most importance. Another statement that I would like to address is the point of him saying sales quantifies more revenue than marketing. To combat that, there are multiple levels of channels that need focusing. In certain industries, I can see that to be true, but to think that is in all industries, I don’t know if I would agree in the emerging markets with technology.

Battle Against Addiction
Substance abuse is a huge issue and has been growing over the years. It is an issue that has been increasing over the year. With huge imports from other countries and ease of access it has made it easy to get a hold of and influence many people. Huge issues that involve this situation are people that are concerned about the money and power (usually someone that is involved in a gang), people find themselves involved with the wrong crowd and get drugged down, growing up around it, and not seeing there is a problem before it is too late. This is a huge issue for me because I have family members that suffer from drug abuse. From an early age, I witnessed it firsthand. My mother was an addict, my father was addict, and my brother was an addict. This topic strikes close to home for me and I am sure I am not alone. It has haunted me for many years and I have never been able to get away from it. The amazing thing is it never affected me.

Ethics on Same Sex Marriage
When looking into such a controversial subject we need to understand both sides. Same sex marriage has become an increasingly debated topic in past few decades. People that are homosexual exercise the right to independent, happy, and without discrimination. On the other side of the argument, we have companies exercising their rights of the first amendments to not be in favor of issues they are against, and not conduct in such acts in giving service to someone when it goes against their religious belief. Many states today have given the right to same sex marriage and made it legal in all states. Is it right for them to refuse someone that right, force them into secrecy, and embarrass these people, which are just as human as everyone else, but have different beliefs?

What Is Global Warming?
In this paper we will be doing a critique on National Geography’s article "What Is Global Warming?" National Geographic has been around for many years. There is not one author that wrote this article, but it is a collaboration from some of the world’s best scientists, photographers, journalist, and filmmakers. These articles are pro-science articles which means, “These sources consist of legitimate science or are evidence based through the use of credible scientific sourcing. Legitimate science follows the scientific method, is unbiased and does not use emotional words. These sources also respect the consensus of experts in the given scientific field and strive to publish peer reviewed science (Media Bias/ Fact Check, 2018).” I believe with the intense research done from the organization and the mass amounts of people involved they have high accounts of qualifications. They work to make the best scientific evaluation that gives no better reference to what is going on in the world today.

The Story of Yosemite
Yosemite is a beautiful national park based in Sierra Nevada. This wasn’t always the case for Yosemite. Evolution throughout the years have drastically changed what we know see one a trip to the south east. 91 million years ago we could trace a trend of volcanic activity in Yosemite. Composition indicated magma was present, but changed over time. Mineral compositions changed with certain magma deposits.” Hornblende and biotite crystallize at higher temperatures than quartz and feldspar, and so during cooling of a magma, these dark minerals generally crystallize earlier than the light-colored ones. This relation suggests that cooling of the magma started at the margins and progressed inward over time.” (Dallas L. Peck, 1987)

Will Pollution End Us?
With the way we are going with carbon dioxide pollution saturating the air, will the world begin to expel us to cleans itself? Will we, as people, learn to respect the earth in time to reverse what we have one? Is there a time frame that we must go by before it is too late? Many questions can be asked regarding the climates changing rapidly and pollution covering cities to the point of the smog blocking the sun from visibility. What can we do, how can we help, where do we start? In my opinion we need to start soon before it is too late.
