Be You

Thank you for making me smile every day and loving me along the way. Thank you for being a true and trusted friend. Most of all just thank you for you. Some people come into our life for a moment, some people stay for a lifetime, either way a footprint on my heart was left...thank you for the mark you left on me. I wish I could tell someone how thankful I am for them because they helped me smile through the tears when I was falling apart. Thank you. I know that no matter how much money I get in this lifetime, no matter how famous I get, no matter what happens in my life I will never be truly able to pay you back for a tenth of what you’ve done for me yet alone to show you what you mean to me whether that’s in words or in actions. So, I guess for now, until I find a better way to show you what you mean to me, this is a reminder of one thing I want you to always remember. Just be yourself. You simply being you for the last few years have turned me into the person I am today.

The ones who judge you are insecure. Be true to yourself and do what is right. Live life out loud and show the ones who put you down where you end up. If you believe in something, fight for it and do what you can to make it happen! Dreams can come true you know! You have the power within you to do and be whatever you choose, your ability is unlimited as long as your belief in yourself is too. Be who you are, stand up for what's right, and be blessed knowing that the people who matter in your life see the beauty that you hold. Never forget who you really are, don't let anyone change you, you're unique, perfect in your own way. It is better to be a field of wild flowers, then be like every other rose. Be you and rock what you got. Don’t make life about finding yourself. make it about creating yourself. Worry about your character, not your reputation because your character is who you are, and your reputation is what people think you are. Be who you are.

Don't hide your inner beauty. Show them the side they never see. You are you, be proud of that. DREAM what you want to dream, GO where you want to GO, BE what you want to BE, because you have only one LIFE and one CHANCE to do all things YOU WANT TO DO. In a world of comparison and conformity, make your own statement. Honor your own truth. Have the courage to be yourself; risk speaking your own thoughts. Be yourself. Be confident. Be creative. Express yourself. Be mindless and don’t let ANYONE bring you down. Never apologize for saying what you feel. It's like saying sorry for being real. If someone really wants to be in your life, they will try for it. Find someone who loves you through your scars and mistakes, imperfections, be with someone who loves you for who you are. Life is only as happy as you make it. Live each day like it's your last. Sing like no one can hear. Dance like no one is watching. Be yourself and no one else. There are no limits on what you can do in life. Be yourself no matter what. People will notice you more if you are yourself and not pretending to be someone else.

Thanks for being the friend who's always believed in me, who's always understood, who's always accepted me, who's always cared. Thank you for making me smile when I wanted to cry and thank you for making me laugh. I'm so glad you came into my life. You are the best friend anyone could ever have, and anyone can rely on you. Thank you for everything you do! You're the best! Just be you.
