How I Dated Three Guys in the Same Friend Group

And Got Away with It 😉

I guess the place that I need to start with is how I met all three of my beaus.

I met my first one at a concert in Nashville, where we flirted all night and danced together. That night sparked a romance I always thought I wanted to have. He was sweet, he cared about me, he wanted to see me everyday. What 18-year-old girl doesn’t want that? He was tall, dark, and handsome. He listened to the same bands as me. He was TOTALLY perfect. Then one of his friends told me about his girlfriend.

Yup, this guy totally played me. The real kicker is that I never told him that I knew about her. My philosophy was that it wasn’t my relationship that was being dishonored. I just wanted a summer fling with a cute guy, so I kept on and still saw him every day. Eventually he told me about his girlfriend and we had to break things off. It was nice while it lasted though.

While I was with my dark prince, I met all of his friends. I met his younger neighbor who was also tall and cute. He was a year younger than us. He was a cute blonde boy that lived on a farm in the middle of nowhere and always wanted to watch movies with me. He was a nice change from my bad boy that I had before.

As me and the blonde got more serious, we started to define what we had as a relationship. I ate dinner with his family and spent the night on the weekends. He came over on weekdays and watched 90s sitcoms with me. Eventually, there came a time where we couldn’t see each other as much. He was busy and his parents were being more demanding of him. That’s when I went up to the bad boy’s college campus to visit.

I 100 percent am an awful person. Not only did I help him cheat on his girlfriend, but I also cheated on my boyfriend with him. He was like this line that kept pulling me in and then casting me out. It drove me absolutely crazy. Anyways, after that incident, I had to break up with my blonde boy.

I then found the perfect mix of both with another friend that we all shared. We’ll call him drummer boy. He lived closer to me than the other two. He also wanted to see me everyday, but that was because he loathes texting and calling but always wanted to hear my voice. He taught me how to play drums and how to play more guitar. We made each other playlists on Spotify all the time. We would get high and watch movies. He was exactly what I wanted—he is exactly what I want.

I guess there isn’t really a moral to the story because I never received any repercussions for my actions. We’re all still friends, and I’m still with my drummer boy. We all hang out still. The three of them are actually closer than before, almost as though they all share an experience now, since they’ve all dated me. The good news is, there’s still three more boys left in the friend group, in case anything goes wrong. I’ll keep you all updated 😉
