Welcome, everyone!!

My name is Michael and today, I want to discuss how we can understand one another in a different light and accept who we are. No one should be in an aisle by themselves and I believe that anyone can seek the help they desperately need.

So, without further ado, let’s begin!

Women becoming one with the fireworks!

We are all products of our own individual upbringing and experiences, so it is completely natural that we will all have differences in opinions on a wide range of issues. The world would be a very different place if we were all the same and it is because of the incredible diversity of people throughout the world that makes it such a wonderful place. Now, unfortunately, many people put up barriers to protect themselves instead of opening themselves up to others. This, in turn, leads to a mistrust of others regardless of color, religion, gender, or any other stereotypical excuse given as to why we fear others.

On a global scale, this is often in wars that we see around the world and in an increase in terrorist activities. We all know that these kinds of responses only really fuel further mistrust yet, even in our own immediate environments, such as the workplace or even in a local place, we all tend to congregate in our little groups without giving much thought to others around us. This means that we should accept each other's interests and not of our own selfish ways. Once we accept people's interests, we will value their overall being.

People meeting up in public!

Here are a few secrets to understanding people.

We are people that are hardwired. We will instinctively move towards things that bring us pleasure and we will instinctively move away from things that bring us pain. So, each one of these styles has a dominant fear. When you understand those dominant fears, you will see why people move away from their dominant fears because it brings them pain. It brings them discomfort and why they instinctively move towards things, it motivates them.

If any of you have a dominant fear, your fear is being taken advantage of and that is why people work so hard to be in control. Therefore, they move and puts themselves in positions where they determine the outcome. Furthermore, that is why people are so driven.

We are all unique!

Another fear we have is rejection. This is why we work so hard to get people to like us and they want to connect with you in a way that says, “You know what, John. You are a pretty good guy.” Then when people start to ignore you completely, you feel rejected and we should not feel that way. Just because people treat us a certain way does not mean we should hold it against us.

The next fear is a loss of security. People want to keep things exactly the way they are. So the higher that goes, the more they want to keep things the same because they do not want to be in a place where they do not have that security.

The final fear is criticism.

This is why we as people, want to be right. If you love criticism, you would want to be corrected. We sure do not love to be corrected sometimes, but it is for our own good. By being corrected, we are willing to grow and learn from our mistakes. People want information to make decisions and that is what criticism strives for. Let me tell you, these fears are so ingrained in people, they have to react.

The Sunset

When we get to learn about others, respect similarities, and our differences, we get to learn so much more about the world. Also, we can learn about ourselves and this helps us to grow spiritually, instead of being stagnant. It also opens doors to many other opportunities, such as friendships, work prospects, travel possibilities, or a wider understanding of the world in which we live.

So, my dear friends, it is very important that we accept and value each other's interests and understand the differences in people.

That is how we understand differences in people.
