In Case You Didn't Know

Do we ever tell our spouses how much we need them? How much we depend on them? How much we love them? How much we want them? Or do we just assume they know that? Do we hide our feelings or do we say how we feel and what we need to say?

My husband has never seemed to understand just how much he means to me. I try to let him know every day that I love him and show him he means something to me. I guess I haven't done a good enough job at showing him that, but he hasn't either. It's the comfort you show each and every day that let them know how much you care. If you don't do enough to show them how much you adore them then it makes them feel not loved, not wanted, not needed. Like they aren't important to you. Even if that's not what you meant to do. Never let the person you love the most go a day without thinking or believing that you love them. Show them they are your world.

Babe, I hope you know that I will always show you not only that I love you, but I support you, I want you, I need you. I show you love each and every day. I will tell you that I love you. If I ever forget to show you, read this again. If I am having a bad day and I take you for granted come to me, wrap your arms around me, show me you are still there, and I will melt into your arms and return the love. As we grow sometimes we forget what's important, but don't worry I will never forget.

You drive me crazy, in good ways mostly, but sometimes I feel like I'm banging my head against a rock. I love the way you kiss me. I love to know that you miss me. I love to hear how much I mean to you. I want you to know what you mean to me. In case you didn't know, I love holding your hand and resting my head on your chest. You are the best. you're the only one for me. In case you didn't know I couldn't live without you. You've been my man since day one and even when we were on a short break you've never not been my man. In case you didn't know I love NOT watching romantic movies with you. In case you didn't know my life has been better since meeting you. In case you didn't know I love the way you make me feel, the way that we are together. I love our bond. I love our family.

So, babe if you ever wonder if I love you, I do. I couldn't live without your love. I love our life together. You are my dream come true in case you didn't know. There are so many things that I love about you, that I want to tell you, that I want to show you. NO time would be enough to show you exactly what I feel.

If we don't show our spouses how much we need them how would they ever know? Don't take your spouse for granted. Show him or her every day how much you care. Leave them little notes, give them a back rub. Write a love letter or a poem. Promise to yourself and to your mate, that you won't take each other for granted. That you will show each other not just tell each other that you love and care for the other.
