Letting Go Isn't Easy

If we care about the world, first we need to take care of ourselves.

I was there in her presence for just a brief moment of time that stuck with me like a fly on crap. Excuse that comment, she was amazingly elegant. I always find myself contradicting everything, let go or hold on.

It seems that it's the same old story that never ends. Wouldn't it be more exciting to let go in anticipation on what the future will hold? We can imagine all the possibilities for retribution. Imagine it, paint the picture then make it happen without contradiction.

I've been moving place to place over the years trying to find a place I can call home. I finally found a place that feels like home. Still, I know I won't be here for the rest of my life because the world isn't my home I'm just passing through to enjoy my life.

We can hope for the best or prepare for the worst. So cliche, but it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. Time does heal the wounds if we give it time to heal. The memories will never fade out of existence. The scars remain, why be damaged when we can be friends and family who listen to each other. People that are there for each other. A family is much more than blood though.

I still like to connect with blood family except for many it's broken and it isn't anyone's fault. Therefore, we need brothers and sisters that aren't blood family. People who will bring us back to reality.

We can care too much but we can never love enough. Maybe self-love is the only thing that matters in this world. Why would anyone be open with another if we're put on the spot? Like get lost, the way of empathy is to look out for number one. We all have to look out for ourselves.

Why do we fall in love, we simply have to love ourselves first before anyone will love us.

Live and let go because everyone will hurt you until you find the one that is worth the effort. If you give up, so shall the other give up on you.

Live and learn and if you fall get back up dust it off and move on. We simply have to gain self-love completely because no one else can complete you.

Furthermore, self-realization is the key to the doors of the mind. Self-discovery doesn't mean we should be self-centered. We still have to have empathy with a lack of sympathy for the world. Meanwhile, life goes on.

If we want to make a difference in the betterment of mankind, first and foremost we have to take care of ourselves. Try growing a garden first, if that works out you may be able to take care of someone else.

I ate my first radishes out of a successful garden, so we'll have to see how the rest of the garden turns out in fall.

Addiction is a self-destructive thing and it affects so many people in this world. Why tho? Why can't we all be moderate people? For instance, do everything moderately to maintain good health.

Take life one step at a time and if you stumble make it part of the dance. If we don't know what's going on, we just have to close our eyes listen to the music, even music without words, imagine it, paint the picture, then make it happen. Don't ever contradict your dream with self-doubt. If you do it won't happen for you.

I've really been trying and I'm working on it. Nowhere in my story says I ever gave up on myself. I am the only person who matters to myself. It's not selfish, I do have empathy for others and will care enough to listen to a friend. But frankly, I don't want to care too much to the point where it hinders my success in life.

Take care or yourself, love yourself, forgive yourself for your past. Let go and look out for number one. The way of an empath. Those who want to be in my life can be, those who don't I couldn't care less.
