Who would you trust?

That is right! They are everyone! From what I experience. Anyone who chooses to hang out with me, or even become my friend, knows I hate liars with a passion. Instantly cut them off. You may ask, why am I so hurt if I can just ignore it and hopefully it goes away? Nope! This isn't your typical story.

Now I'm not going to give the real names, but I’ll give you a name that we can go by. Miranda is good. Miranda and I used to be good friends. We did everything together. Had sleepovers, went skating, movies. I even took her out to dinner. As time passed, I stopped messaging her. I get these funny feelings around people that makes me not trust them and, yes, they are always right! She messaged me within a month later asking why I didn’t talk to her anymore. I told her I’ve been busy with work. Something told me to message her cousin to find out some things.

You see, Miranda is a liar. Very good at it, actually. Drama queen, over-reactor. All of it. Even her family thinks the same. You see, she has a secret. OK, had. She told everyone. Back in April, this girl got pregnant. She told me right away, however, she kept it a secret for as long as she could. I didn't believe she was pregnant until I went with her to the hospital. It was confirmed. That’s when I stopped talking to her. I didn't care if she was pregnant. Congrats for her. But I knew something was up.

I recently messaged her cousin to find out something. Why would you do that, you may ask. Because if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Her cousin told me how much she lied to me. Asked me if I bought her anything. I said yes. Her words exactly. “You won’t be seeing that money again.” Want to know something? She’s right. Because when I asked Miranda for my money, the girl acted dumb and made excuses, pretending she doesn't owe me anything.

I became friends with her cousin. I felt like I can confide in her when I needed to. Her cousin told me they weren't related. Oh boy. But it's funny because Miranda’s mom told my best friend Annie that they were related. I thought that’s impossible. I like being the FBI because I always end up knowing everything.

So the question is, do I still keep in contact with her? Of course not. Why would I? Miranda will continue her little stories, manipulating people, doing what she wants. She has a baby coming (probably in January) because all babies, "OK not all babies, but most, come late. As for the update, I hear she finally told the baby daddy, who had to give up school to support his child. I don’t know how that will work. I just feel sorry for the child right now. He has to go through this. If this baby changes Miranda (I pray to god he does), it will be a miracle. I do hope the best for the couple. I wish them good blessings, however I will not trust a word she says to me.

Go ahead, make all the friends you want. Make people feel bad for you because its your choice. Make sure all the decisions you are making are right for your son. Just don’t lie, because in the future babygirl, I promise you, I will not believe you.
