People Are Flowers

Aren't flowers beautiful? Flowers are always beautiful even though they are all different. Every flower is unique in its own way yet they are all the same. They all have the same life cycle, they start out as a seed then grow and grow until they eventually die.

All people are beautiful in their own way. Everyone is different and special and we all have the same life cycle. We are born, we live and then eventually pass away. If we are all the same why do we judge each other? We judge each other because maybe he has a better job than him or he makes more money than him. Why do we feel the need to be superior to each other when we are all exactly the same inside? I believe that if we all stopped judging each other based on mistakes, jobs, money, etc we would all be able to get along a lot better. Personally, I try and give everyone a chance especially if I have never met you before.

Here's a quick little story about someone I ended up dating. I will also make another story about him after this so watch out for that. I met this guy through one of my best friends. They were actually dating at the time I met him. When they split up he started commenting on some of my stuff and we started talking. I started to like him more and more. He told me probably around the first week of us talking that he had a record. He went on to tell me what all of it included. I told him, "I don't care what it is because it's not going to change my feelings about you."

I believe everyone should give another person a chance until they prove you wrong. If you didn't know the person at the time of what they did then you don't know that person. People do change and grow. I loved him because of how he treated me and how he constantly proved himself to me. I was not going to judge him on his past because we can't change the past, but we can make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. I am now currently with someone who also has a record and I've known him for six years. He has constantly proven himself to me and I choose not to focus on the past but focus on the fact that he's now trying to prove himself to everyone else.

People do make mistakes; no you can't fix the mistake once you do it. You can ensure your future and what you do to make sure you don't end up in the same position. I loved these people because they are people, they made mistakes, I've made mistakes, they loved, and so did I. We are all the same and that's why we should all accept each other. Next time you think of making a judgment towards someone think how you would feel if someone made that judgment against you. Everyone has feelings so think about it before you say it.

Also, don't judge yourself because no matter what you are perfect! You are beautiful and smart. Love yourself first and then spread that love after because everyone needs it. If you can't love yourself it's gonna be even harder to love anyone around you. I'm going to wrap this up because my cat is staring at me and it's time for me to go spread the love to my cutie.
