I'm Not Following a Trend...
I am not following a trend. You do not know how hard I work to have the same result week in and week out. I eat healthy, workout 5 days a week doing strength and cardio, and track my macros but still do not see any changes on the scale.

Zone of Interest
To say I was shocked at this movie is an understatement. When I saw that a movie that is based on the Holocaust was rated PG, I laughed. I figured that it was not going to be anything special because how can you cover the travesty and horror of the Holocaust without showing anything? Well, the movie did just that, but instead of showing the gruesome nature of those years, it used an underappreciated method, Sound. You never saw anything that happened, but you heard it…all of it.

Saltburn
For those of you who have lived under a rock the last few weeks it seem and have not heard of the movie Saltburn. It is the latest craze of a movie available on Amazon Prime. A bit of a description of the movie without spoiling anything for anyone, it is the story of Oliver Quick at Oxford University when he finds himself drawn into the world of the charming Felix Catton, who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family’s sprawling estate, for a summer never to be forgotten.

The How To's of the Dark Side
Now this series is a great one. The amount of satire in these 3 different series is amazing! Essentially it pokes fun at being a cult leader, being a tyrant and being a mob boss. It is a fun way to watch and learn about some of the biggest names in the crime game, basically making fun of the mistakes that the big names make.

Once Upon a Studio
What a beautiful short film for the 100th anniversary of Disney. I never thought that 100 years of an iconic studio could be captured in such a short time but this did just that. For many of us, Disney was a core part of our childhood and a very important factor in who we grew up to be.

Best Serial Killer Shows on Netflix part 2
First is the worst, second is the best? Just kidding. In this case these are just as worse as the series that are in part 1 of the Best Serial Killer shows on Netflix. This Part 2 will give you 5 more terribly great serial killer docuseries that I believe are a must watch on Netflix, especially in this time of spooky season.

Why do you care?
I'm sorry but I can't keep quiet with this any longer. I just really want to know why do you care? Why does what anyone else do with their lives have any effect on you and your life? Why are you so unhappy with your life that you want to make everyone as miserable as you?

Best True Crime on Netflix Part 1
Here we go! It is one of the best times of year, COZY SEASON!! It is officially upon us, with fall happening it is cozy season where we binge watch a bunch of series and it is also spooky season with Halloween around the corner. Now those reasons, there always seems to be a ton of new True Crime and Serial Killer docuseries that come out and I am not complaining about it! However, with so many options, it is hard to know what to watch. Well lucky for you, I have watched all the docuseries on Netflix Canada as of September 2023 and here are 5 of the 10 best series I think you should spend your time watching:

The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez
If there is ever a docuseries that will make your heart break, this is truely it. Omg, this poor boy that is the focus of this series just did not deserve the unfair life that he had. The short time he spent on this earth was just a living hell and unfortunately, he is in a much better place now.

Scouts of Honor: The Secret Files of the Boy Scouts of America
This was a tough one of watch and not because of what it was about and what it represents as far as what goes on in society. I mean, when you think of the Boy Scouts of America, I think you think of an organization that is wholesome, that raises boys to be outstanding members of society and that truly wants to help shape the future of America. What this showed is that, you let powerful men run an organization and you just let them get away with whatever and run their organization however they want, there are disgusting things that happen.

a Topsy-Turvy Year
2020 has been a rocky road to say the least. I don’t think anyone could of ever imagined a year like this, it was supposed to be an amazing year as holidays seemed to be aligned perfectly with Christmas and New Years both being on a Friday. Instead, we have been surrounded by fear, death and struggle of everyone.

My Life in Isolation
So, I am one of the lucky ones you could say with this. My work has made it so that I am working in self-isolation. Now to be clear, I do not feel sick, I have been tested and am negative for the COVID-19 virus, but I am still isolating myself and it is a choice. I may be one of the 97% who will be fine even in getting this virus as I am young and healthy and have a strong immune system. But I am doing this for the elderly, for people’s grandparents and old family members who may not be so lucky.
