Experiential Learning or How We Can Learn From Our Mistakes
There are different types of learning and experiential learning is one of them. From the word you can already guess that it has to do with learning from experience or rather, learning from your mistakes.

Why Are You Still Single?
Let me paint a picture: You met someone, maybe online, and you are trying to get to know each other. They ask how long you have been single. You say ‘a couple of years.’ They seem so surprised about your reply and quickly ask you again: ‘But why are you single?’

Eating Whatever, Whenever...
Right from my childhood I have been a picky eater. So it was not difficult for me to always watch what I eat. Some erroneously think I am watching my weight but no, that is not what I’m doing. For someone who remained a size 10 all my life until Covid19 when I eventually moved up to size 12, I didn’t have to watch any weight. I still do not watch it.

Emotainment
The term ‘Emotainment’ stands for Emotional Entertainment. It was coined by Robert J. Vizza in his 2008 book, The Age of Emotainment: How The Media Industry Is Manipulating Our Emotions for Profits. He defined emotainment as ‘the use of emotion to entertain, manipulate, and control.’ He stated that the media industry increasingly uses emotainment to sell goods, services and political agendas.

A Father's Guiding Messages From The Beyond
Life Is Spiritual I have always believed in signs and signals (Synchronicity). I believe that we are not just meat bodies. We are spirits, we have souls, and we live in our bodies. I also believe that life is more than what we see with our optical eyes and perceive with our senses. As a spiritual person, I have a high intuition that enables me to know stuff about people without being told. For instance, I know when someone is lying to me no matter how true it sounds. Sometimes, I tell them to stop lying (to their surprise). At other times, I play along out of curiosity to see how it ends.

The Myth Called, 'I Don't Have Time'
‘How time flies.’ ‘Time is money.’ ‘Time waits for no one.’ ‘You cannot turn the hand of the clock.’ These and more are the various ways we try to emphasise the importance of time and stress that lost time cannot be regained.

Do You Have A Degree In Magic And Witchcraft?
It seems like people will soon be asked that question (if they have a degree in Magic and Witchcraft) during an interview. It might also become a required criterion to have a degree in Magic and Witchcraft to be employed in a certain field. Some topics that used to be discussed in hushed tones are about to be taught in the classroom, in ‘broad daylight.’

Is Whitelighting The Opposite Of Gaslighting?
In my previous article, I wrote about Gaslighting — a form of psychological abuse where the victim is manipulated with false information into questioning their sanity, reality or recollection of events — this can have a devastating effect on the victim or lead to a mental breakdown if they didn’t get help.

What Is Gaslighting?
What Is Gaslighting? Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse in which false information is presented to disorient someone or stir them to take certain actions. Simply put, it is when someone constantly tells you that a problem or feeling you have is either not happening, is in your imagination, or is your fault.

Must We All Be Extroverts?
I used to be regarded as the odd one. The shy, quiet and solitary one. I grew up in a large family of five siblings. And I used to wonder why I felt different from them: I did not enjoy their kind of joke, I did not eat the same quantity of food or rush my food like everyone else, and I preferred to be home alone reading novels when everyone has gone out to visit friends. I didn't have many friends but the one I had understood me and we were cool with each other. I had a different worldview altogether from the rest of my siblings. But it all became clear when I read about temperaments and personality types. I started to feel special.
